Zutopia.com introduces auto-deactivation of listings, enhancing trading experience

Zutopia.com, the first peer-to-peer marketplace for trading Zucoin, is excited to introduce an important new feature: Inactive listing deactivation.

This update, aimed at improving the user experience quality on the platform, automatically deactivates listings after three hours of inactivity, ensuring a more dynamic and responsive trading environment.

Amongst other changes, the Zutopia team also added the ability to see pending payouts, allowing users to track their incoming Stripe payment status.

To see this, in the Zutopia app's home screen, click on the account icon in the top-left corner of the app.

Benefits for active users:

• Reduced Clutter: By automatically deactivating listings that have not been interacted with for three hours, Zutopia.com addresses the issue of outdated listings that can clutter the marketplace, making it easier for users to find current and active trading opportunities.

Listings are only active when the seller is available to respond to trade requests, thereby enhancing the responsiveness of transactions. How it works:

Listings on Zutopia.com will now come with a timer that starts once the listing is created.

If a user does not respond to trade requests within three hours, the user's listings will automatically deactivate.

This feature aims to ensure that only active and engaged listings are visible to users, improving the marketplace's responsiveness and user experience.

Where can I see the deactivation countdown?

Open the Zutopia app, on the home screen, next to your username there’s a red dot. Click on it to see your activity status.

Alternatively, on the Zutopia app's home screen, click on the account icon in the top-left corner of the app, then go to “Activity Mode”. If you’re on the latest version of the Zutopia app, you’ll see a “Listing Deactivate” countdown at the bottom of the screen here.

How do I reactivate my Zutopia listings?

It's a similar process as seeing your deactivation countdown, so:

Open the Zutopia app, on the home screen, next to your username there’s a red dot. Click on it to set your activity status to active (green).

Alternatively, on the Zutopia app's home screen, you can click on the account icon in the top-left corner of the app, then go to “Activity Mode”. Here you can set your activity status to active (green).
