Zucoin wallet app v199 is now available, with updates for transfers, transaction history, contacts, privacy, and home screen organisation.
The big one is expiring transactions.
They have been re-introduced in an entirely new and flexible way, with custom expiry times and the option to turn expiry off when it is not needed.
There are also some very handy wallet refinements in this release: selectable and sharable transaction details, fuzzy search across contacts and transfers, draggable home screen icons, and a new way to hide Zucoin amounts on the home screen.
Here is what has changed in v199:

Expiring transactions were previously removed as the wallet and Splitchain transaction flow became much faster.
In v199, they are back in a better form.
You can now set a custom expiry time for a transaction, or turn expiry off entirely when the transaction should stay available for longer.
The maximum expiry time currently supported is 999,998 minutes, which is about 694 days.
That opens up a number of practical uses, including:
There is one important behaviour to remember.
If you do another transaction before a previous transaction completes, the prior pending transaction is invalidated.
That is the intended behaviour: the newest transaction becomes the one that matters.

Transaction history is not just something you look at once and forget.
Sometimes you need a transaction ID, a time, a wallet address, an amount, a message, or a balance for your own records.
Other times, you need to send details to another person as proof or for support help.
v199 makes those details easier to select, copy, and share.

Fuzzy search has been added to both transaction history and contacts.
So now you don't need to remember the exact details of a transaction you're trying to find.
Search by part of a name, part of a wallet address, part of a message, a transaction ID, an amount, a date, or business order information.
This is especially handy as transaction history and saved contacts grow over time.
In general software terms, fuzzy search is related to approximate string matching.

The Zucoin wallet home screen now lets you move app icons around.
Hold an icon down, then drag it into your favourite position.
For example, if you use "Contacts" more than "Paste code", you can now move "Contacts" up.
If you use "History" all the time, keep it where it is easiest to tap.
The app saves the new order so your home screen stays arranged the way you left it.
The interaction follows the familiar drag-and-drop pattern, adapted for the wallet home screen and touch devices.
This feature is in preparation for more mini app capabilities that are coming, allowing you customize how your wallet appears.

You can now hide visible Zucoin amounts from the wallet home screen.
Tap the amount to hide it. It stays hidden until you click "reveal" again.
This is handy when opening the wallet in public, sitting near other people, helping someone on your phone, screen sharing, or simply preferring not to show wallet amounts at a glance.
It is not a replacement for normal device security. Keep protecting your device, wallet access, backups, and recovery information carefully.
Close and re-open your Zucoin wallet app.
The Zucoin wallet app will automatically apply the latest updates when the app refreshes.
