Splitchain network explorer tool is now available

MyZucoins has released the new Splitchain network explorer, a public lookup tool for checking last-known wallet transaction data available from the Splitchain network cache.

It's been requested by the Zucoin community numerous times, and demand is growing among accountants and financial professionals who need a quick way to handle client wallet confirmations without asking for direct access to a Zucoin wallet app, wallet backup file, private key, or device.

When used alongside a wallet's transaction export in CSV spreadsheet format, it gives accountants, auditors, financial advisers, compliance reviewers, bookkeepers, and users a practical way to work with transaction history while balancing privacy and transparency.

Instead, a user can share their wallet address, also called a public key, and the explorer shows the wallet's last settled transaction.

This tool only uses the last public transaction retained in Splitchain's network cache for a given wallet address.

This is similar in purpose to the blockchain explorer tools that are common across the wider crypto industry, but it has been designed specifically for the Splitchain network and the way Zucoin transactions work.

Why network explorer tools are useful

Network explorer tools are popular because they make technical network data easier for everday users, support teams, accountants, software developers, and reviewers to understand.

In crypto systems like blockchain or Splitchain, people often need a practical way to confirm what happened on a network without relying only on a screenshot, forwarded message, or manual explanation.

For accountants and financial professionals, that can mean checking a client-provided wallet address against public transaction information as part of normal record review, reconciliation, or client support workflows.

For everyday users, it can mean giving someone a public wallet address for verification while keeping wallet backups, private keys, passwords, recovery details, and device access private.

For developers and support teams, it can mean quickly checking whether public network state lines up with a support question, app integration, transfer attempt, or receipt-style record.

How the Splitchain network explorer is different

Traditional blockchain explorers are usually built around block-by-block data, because a blockchain stores transactions in linked batches called blocks.

Splitchain uses a different architecture.

Splitchain caches cryptographic transaction results in parallel, rather than grouping them into traditional blocks like you find in blockchains. The Zucoin wallet app manages the user's wallet data, and the Splitchain network helps distribute and provide rapid access to the latest public information needed for wallets to validate transactions.

This design gives accountants, reviewers, and users a direct lookup path without changing the core privacy and control model of the crypto wallet itself.

What information is needed?

The tool only needs a wallet address, also called a public key.

It does not need a wallet backup file, private key, password, device unlock, recovery detail, or access to the user's Zucoin wallet app.

This matters because a wallet backup or private key can control access to wallet data, which is stored only on the wallet app's device or in any wallet backups you've made, and should be protected carefully.

A public wallet address is the right detail to share when a user wants an authorised accountant, auditor, adviser, or other reviewer to perform an independent public lookup.
